A paint party to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; $15 from every paid painter will be donated in the painter's name to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Our selected painting is Monet Lilies, as we are raising funds to honor our6 year old honored hero, Lily! Join us for an evening of painting, appetizers, silent auction, fellowship and raising money for a great cause!

About Lily: At age 5 Lily was diagnosed with Leukemia on Sept.15,2011. Within 24 hours she started blood transfusions, chemo and a spinal tap. Within a year Lily had over a dozen blood and platelet transfusions, almost 100 leg shots, port surgery, over a dozen spinal taps, and will have chemo treatment every day until 2014! Lily was put on high risk right away and during her first year her chance of beating cancer was 40%. With her 6th birthday she has moved up to 70%. Lily will not be done with chemotherapy until January 2014.

Lily is the honored hero for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training marathon team for Spring 2013. This year, over 40 participants will train for a half marathon or marathon while raising money to find cures and better treatments for Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin's Disease and Myeloma. These participants will run for those who can't and together one day we will find a cure.
